Diagnose Before You Quote
A real diagnosis takes measurements, not guesses. We check the electrical side, the refrigerant side, and the airflow side of your system before we tell you what it needs. That’s how a $30 fix stays a $30 fix.
Our Story · Mount Juliet, TN
We’re heating and cooling techs who live and work in Wilson County. We started this company because we kept meeting homeowners who’d been quoted a full replacement for a problem that turned out to be a $30 part, and we thought this town deserved better.
Every trade has its version of the story everyone whispers about. In ours, it’s the homeowner who got quoted $16,000 for a new system when the real fix was a failed capacitor, or the “low on refrigerant” top-off that leaked right back out because nobody found the actual leak. Those stories aren’t rare, and around Mount Juliet, they travel fast.
We decided to run the opposite playbook. Our techs are paid to fix things right, not to sell equipment. When we diagnose your system, we show you the readings: the superheat and subcooling numbers, the capacitor test, the static pressure across your ductwork. You see what we see, and then you get an itemized price in writing before we do anything.
Sometimes the honest answer really is a new system. A lot of Mount Juliet homes were built in the 1990s and 2000s, so we meet plenty of 20-plus-year-old equipment that’s genuinely done. When that’s the case, we’ll show you the math on both sides and let you decide. No pressure, no disappearing if you need a day to think.

When we finish, we walk you through what we did and why, at your pace. Plenty of our customers tell us it’s the first time anyone actually explained their system to them. That’s how it should be.
Shoe covers on, drop cloths down, work area cleaned up. We wipe down the vents we touched and take our old parts with us. Your home isn’t our workshop.
Changing your filter, clearing debris from the outdoor unit, checking the thermostat: all yours, and we’ll show you how. Anything with 240-volt power, refrigerant, or gas combustion: that’s our lane, because getting it wrong can hurt you.
If another company scared you with a big number, bring us the quote. We’ll re-diagnose with fresh eyes. We’d rather earn you with honesty than win a job with pressure.
Emergencies don’t wait for business hours, so neither do we. Nights, weekends, holidays: a person answers and sends a tech. That’s the whole job.
Mount Juliet is the only city in America with this name, settled back in 1835 and grown into one of the Nashville area’s busiest suburbs. We drive the same roads you do: I-40, Lebanon Road, N Mount Juliet Road. We shop at Providence Marketplace, we’ve walked the trails at Charlie Daniels Park, and we remember exactly where we were when the March 2020 tornado came through.
This isn’t corporate boilerplate. It matters because HVAC work is local work: the lake humidity that rots condenser coils, the attic heat that cooks ductwork in July, the storm surges that fry control boards. A tech from three counties away doesn’t know this equipment’s life. We do.
