These terms cover your use of mountjuliet.hvacrepairpro.us and what to expect when you request HVAC service from Mount Juliet HVAC Repair Pro (“we,” “us”). By using this site or booking a visit, you agree to these terms.
Requesting Service
Service is booked by phone at (615) 706-3036. When you call, we will schedule an arrival window and give you a diagnostic visit fee amount up front. There is no charge until we arrive and you agree to a diagnosis or repair.
Estimates and Pricing
Any prices or ranges shown on this website are general guidance only, not quotes for your specific system. Your technician will diagnose the issue in person and give you a written, itemized price before any work begins. Work starts only after you approve that price. If the scope of a job has to change mid-visit, we will explain why and get your approval before proceeding.
Scheduling and Arrival
We do our best to arrive inside the window we give you, and we will call if we are running behind. Severe weather, emergency calls, and traffic on I-40 can shift a schedule; we will keep you posted. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please call us as early as you can.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will confirm accepted payment methods when you book.

Our guides, checklists, and blog articles are general information, not instructions for your specific equipment. Anything involving 240-volt electrical components, refrigerant handling, or gas-fired heating equipment should be left to a qualified technician, because doing it wrong can cause injury or equipment damage. If you are unsure, call us instead.
